The Anchorstone Café has been a Café since the 50’s when it was a small tea rooms through until 2001.

The Annchorstone café Is one of the South Hams only true River side cafes, situated on the banks of the River Dart in the beautiful village of Dittisham.

For the last nine years the Anchorstone Café has been own and run by Clare Harvey along with her family team. Although making many changes and improvements along the way, including a new inside dinning room, outside eating terrace and a new kitchen facility The Annchorstone café remains one of the south hams treasures.

The Anchorstone Café offers a fantastic local menu including seafood and great wines. Boasting one of the Uks most amazing panoramic views across the River Dart from our outside terrace or inside restaurant . We are open throughout the summer season and specialise in great seafood lunches including crab, lobster, mussels, and oysters .
